Not happy with your purchase?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return your item for an exchange or credit note. However, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Credit notes + exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

If you would like to return and exchange a purchase, you must return your item within 7 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase in store.  

To exchange a product online or for a credit note, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know you would like to make a return. Once your purchase has been returned to our warehouse; your item will then be checked to ensure it has not been broken or damaged, once approved, a credit note or exchange will be provided. Please email us to process this request at 

Return shipping costs

Please note you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Artwork, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any Artwork purchases.
  • Jewelry for hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery cannot be returned
  • Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty, if deemed faulty a credit note or exchange only, will be offered.
  • Afterpay returns and refunds, we do not offer any refunds for purchases made through this platform

Online Delivery quotes at checkout disclaimer: We do not offer free delivery. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing an oversized item, or an item that requires a shipping quote, noted at the checkout. Once you have purchased your item you are obliged to pay for shipping even if you haven't requested a quote before purchasing. We do not refund for change of mind, if this does occur and your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we will only offer an exchange credit note to use on your next purchase.
