We offer shipping Australia wide, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
Standard flat rate $10 shipping delivery applies to all Australian Metro areas on small orders only, excluding WA + NT. Please note, additional shipping costs may occur if your order requires to be shipped to a remote/regional area or if you order, is required to be sent to a PO Box.

Warehouse pickup from Carrum Downs, VIC is available, if you have selected this option at checkout you will be contacted once your order is ready for collection, this may take up to 2-3 business days. Please reach out if you have any urgent pick up requirements and we will do our best to accommodate an early pick up
Once you have purchased an oversized/bulky item you will be contacted and provided with a shipping invoice to be paid based on the size, weight and delivery location. When making payment please leave your provided invoice number as your reference.
Online Delivery quotes at checkout disclaimer: We do not offer free delivery. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing an oversized item, or an item that requires a shipping quote, noted at the checkout. Once you have purchased your item you are obliged to pay for shipping even if you haven't requested a quote before purchasing. We do not refund for change of mind, if this does occur and your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we will only offer an exchange credit note to use on your next purchase.

However, we work with various freight partners depending on the products purchased. As a result, some freight partners only pick up from our area once per week.
All oversized orders dispatched through our logistics partner are covered by insurance. In the event damages occur during transit we will attempt to repair the item first. However, if the item cannot be restored back to it’s original condition we would then offer a replacement option if we have the item in stock. Once those options have been exhausted and unsuccessful, we would then process a refund for the purchased amount.
